Having been trained as a competitive swimmer for ten years, Alec Domjan has been around the fitness and rehabilitative world most of his life. He understands that injury prevention is important and can prevent needless invasive actions. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University, he attended Logan College of Chiropractic to better understand movement biomechanics and injury prevention for the common athlete. Alec currently works for Indy Muscle and Joint Clinic in Fishers, Indiana where he specializes in treating various neuromusculoskeletal conditions for athletes. His goal is to get his patients out of pain and prevent future issues by implementing injury prevention protocols. Alec is proficient in a multitude of manual and rehabilitative techniques including Mechanical Diagnostic Therapy (MDT), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Soft Tissue, Active Release Technique (ART), Dry Needling, and Neurodynamics
